Mindfulness Solutions will format the training to meet each client’s business needs. Generally, we feel it is optimal to divide the training into 2 sessions, separated by 1 – 2 weeks. This gives participants time to digest the information, establish a mindfulness practice and reconvene with the instructors to review and build on the teachings. Some clients prefer a 1-day training for scheduling ease. All participants receive 2 audio CD’s for continued home guidance, supplemental readings and suggested assignments.
