Living in a mindful way is really the only thing we can do for ourselves to decrease our suffering from the many inevitable difficulties that will beset us over our lifetime. With mindfulness, we develop a very deep and clear understanding how much of our suffering is self imposed. This in turn, creates the opportunity to decrease that suffering, with insight and acceptance.
Mindfulness Solutions offers a variety of formats ranging from the classical 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program to a condensed 1-day training. Programs with 2 or more sessions, allow for follow up and more effective integration of this practice. All program participants receive CD’s for audio guidance in the home.
