Linda Lemay, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine, NYS certified in acupuncture, and is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner. She is an experienced meditator and incorporates mindfulness techniques in the yoga she teaches. Lisa Nojaim, RPA-C is a Physician Assistant with specialties in orthopedics and oncology. As a long time meditator, student of Tibetan Buddhism, and Reiki Master/teacher, she blends her contemplative practice in her healthcare provision, her administration and coordination of Mindfulness Solutions' programs, and all aspects of her life. Scott L. Treatman, DO, MPH is the founder and principal of Mindfulness Solutions. Dr. Treatman is Board Certified in Family Practice and Occupational Medicine. He is also NYS certified in acupuncture. Dr. Treatman began his meditation practice in the early 1990's; the impact of this practice launched his intention and commitment to bring mindfulness practice to his community and his professional peers. He has been teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction programs since 1997, and presents at medical and other professional conferences.

Cheryl Jones holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health, and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. She completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program for Health Care Professionals through the Omega Institute. She also completed the Professional Internship Program and the Teacher Development Intensive in MBSR, at the Center for Mindfulness through the University of Massachusetts Medical School, programs founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. Cheryl holds a post-graduate Certificate in Spirituality through the Counselor Education Department at Saint Joseph College. |
